- Notes
- Bosgow is a coined name inspired by the cultural friendship between Boston and Glasgow. This design is intended to celebrate that friendship and bring together colours associated with both cities: deep navy and green are intended to represent Glasgow’s civic character and flourishing spirit; Boston blue and buff-gold accents for Boston’s civic identity; red for warmth and celebration and white for friendship and welcome. The navy ground is intended to represent the Atlantic crossing between the two cities, while the layered blue and green sett reflects shared history, humour, music, sport and community.
